The Building and Grounds Department provides services to Nye County buildings, including:
- Providing maintenance repairs, such as HVAC, lighting, locks / keys, plumbing, woodworking, snow removal, delivering copy paper, etc.

Providing interdepartmental / fleet mail service between the Pahrump, Tonopah, Nye County School District, Beatty, and Amargosa offices Monday through Friday

Providing Custodial Service
Community Service
Community Service is available with the Building and Grounds Department at both the Pahrump and Tonopah locations.
